Brill Street has developed strong relationships with local and regional colleges and universities as well as their alumni networks. Many of our candidates attend schools in surrounding states, but have a strong desire to work in Chicago. We also use a sourcing technology platform that helps effectively source and recruit Gen Y candidates.

Is Brill Street a staffing company or a recruiting company?

Both. We are a staffing and recruiting company, specializing in placing recent college graduates (0-3 years experience) in great jobs throughout the Chicagoland area.
We also help clients improve Gen Y retention and performance.

We really don’t have a direct competitor in this space. Generally, we compete with the client’s referral network.
