Philosophy

Our philosophy is simple – we believe there are five differentiating qualities in every successful hire: attitude, willingness, motivation, conscientiousness and credibility; capabilities trump experience. We coach our clients to value these qualities over a particular degree, experience, or previous work history. And our philosophy is supported by qualified research and client successes.

Generation Y can be broadly defined as those born in the 80’s and 90’s. Gen Y is also commonly referred to as Millennial or the Millennial Generation.

We view Gen Y as a perspective, not an age. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, or any other protected status. We work with professionals across all generations.

The Gen Y perspective is tech-savvy, purpose-driven and social. They look for employers who provide opportunities to grow, a collaborative work environment and flexibility. By 2025, Gen Y will be more than 75 percent of the workforce.
